DESCRIPTION
In 2021 Tim Cavanagh was instructed by Allens on behalf of the Applicant who sought a mining lease over land used for a mining camp, adjacent to Hail Creek Mine. Compensation was assessed by the valuers under the provisions of the Mineral Resources Act 1989 (Qld). The difference between the two valuers was around $6.5 million.
